## Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within **3–5 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly longer. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
## Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are happy to offer **free shipping on all orders** within the United States.

## Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses **within the United States only**, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO (military) addresses via USPS.
## Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
## Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@haishmartllc.shop as soon as possible. We can only make changes if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
## Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you believe your package was lost or stolen in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, or reach out to us at info@haishmartllc.shop and we will do our best to assist you.
## Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@haishmartllc.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
## Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we may be able to correct it before the order ships.
